• All orders are fulfilled in the order in which they were received
• Orders are fulfilled within 2-5 business days
• We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses and carrier or weather delays

RETURNS AND CANCELATIONS

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items
• If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at info@drshicasbakery.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
• Please provide a photo and description of your issue, we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience.
• All claims sent after the 24-hour window or submitted without proper documentation will not be eligible for reship or refund.
